1. General instructions
1.1. These regulations are written in the masculine gender for convenience only, but are intended for both women and men.
1.2. This website is operated by B.H. Bernardo Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company") and serves as a virtual store (hereinafter: "the Site") for the purchase of scooters and related equipment. Any adult (over the age of 18) resident of the State of Israel may make purchases on the Site subject to the terms of these regulations.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company, for all purposes. Browsing the Site and/or making a purchase through it constitutes your full agreement to all terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before using the Site.
1.4. If you do not agree to the terms of the regulations, in whole or in part, please refrain from using the site and making purchases through it.
1.5. The Company reserves the right to prevent you from purchasing products on the Site in any of the following cases:
1.5.1. Intentionally providing incorrect information.
1.5.2. Performing an action or omission that harms or may harm the Company or third parties.
1.5.3. Violation of the terms of these regulations or any other agreement with the Company or anyone on its behalf.
1.5.4. Unlawful failure to pay for products you have previously purchased from the Site.
1.5.5. Blocking, theft or any restriction of your credit card.
1.5.6. Lack of available stock of the requested product that has not yet been updated in the website system.

2. Information about the products and purchase
2.1. The company offers a variety of quality scooters and related equipment at attractive prices. The products are backed by manufacturer/importer warranty in accordance with the warranty policy of each product.
2.2. Detailed information about each product is available on the product page on the website. For more information, you can contact customer service via the phone or email listed on the website.
2.3. The purchase process:
Select the desired product and click the "Add to Cart" button.
Beyond the payment process, enter personal details (name, address, email, phone) and payment details.
After the transaction is approved by the credit card company, a confirmation message will be sent to your email and/or phone within three business days.
2.4. Registering on the site or making a purchase constitutes consent to be included in the company's mailing list for the purpose of receiving updates and promotions, unless you have requested to remove yourself from this list.

3. Product Return and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981
3.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, a purchase may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. The company is careful to fully implement the provisions of the law regarding the right to cancel a transaction. Cancellation will be made by contacting the email or telephone number advertised on the site.
3.2. It is not possible to cancel a transaction for products that were manufactured or customized specifically for the customer following the transaction, or for products whose original packaging has been opened or damaged.
3.3. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, in the event of cancellation of a transaction not due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the customer, the Company may charge cancellation fees of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in addition to the credit card clearing fee.
3.4. In the event of a product return, the maximum credit will be the amount paid for the product. The Company will not pay compensation for any indirect damage (such as delay, product error, loss of time, etc.).
3.5. If the customer chooses to return the product via the company's courier, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3.6. Returning a product requires the customer to return it to the company's warehouses in its original packaging, intact and without defect or damage of any kind.
3.7. A customer will be charged full payment for shipping fees even if he has not yet received the product, if the product has already been shipped.
3.8. Products that have been disassembled and reassembled cannot be returned unless the company has given its prior consent.
3.9. The Company reserves the right to cancel a transaction or sale, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
3.9.1. If there is an error in the product description or price - in this case, the customer may cancel the transaction without cancellation fees.
3.9.2. If a technical fault or communication failure was discovered that prevented proper use of the site.
3.9.3. In the event of force majeure, war, hostilities, terrorism or any other unusual event that prevents the continuation of the transaction.
3.9.4. If the product is out of stock after the transaction is made - in this case the company may cancel the transaction or offer an alternative product of equivalent value.
3.10. Notification of transaction cancellation will be provided to the customer by telephone and/or email to the contact details provided when placing the order.
3.11. The Company will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage caused to the customer or a third party, including financial damage due to the purchase of the product at a higher price from a third party.

4. The sales method on the website
4.1. The site offers sales at a fixed price in advance. The customer selects a product from the range of products and makes the purchase in accordance with the instructions on the site.
4.2. It is recommended to review the product details and technical specifications before making a purchase.
4.3. Products can be purchased on the site at all hours of the day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except during maintenance times).

5. Shipping and product delivery policy
5.1. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product's suitability and completeness for the order before installing or using it. No complaints will be accepted regarding the product's suitability, color, size, etc. after installing or using it.
5.2. The product must be checked for integrity upon receipt. In the event of any problem, the company must be notified immediately via the telephone or email listed on the website.
5.3. The company will ensure that the product is delivered to the address entered when placing the order within the date specified on the product page, unless otherwise specified, and subject to full payment.
5.4. The Company will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the product in the following cases:
5.4.1. Force majeure, including war, hostilities, state of emergency and natural disasters.
5.4.2. Strike by suppliers of services or goods necessary for the production or transportation of the products.
5.4.3. Any other reason beyond the control of the Company.
5.5. In areas where access is restricted from a security perspective, the Company will be entitled to deliver the products at a nearby and acceptable location, in advance of coordination with the customer.
5.6. The delivery times for the products indicated on the site include only business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays).

6. Shipping and delivery fees
6.1. The company provides free shipping on orders of 250 NIS or more throughout the country (except for exceptional destinations).
6.2. In the case of a sale in installments, the Company may collect the shipping fees in the first payment.
6.3. The customer may collect the product directly from the company's warehouses by prior arrangement. In this case, no shipping fees will be charged.
6.4. A customer who did not claim the product that was sent to him and the product was returned to the company will be charged shipping fees again if he requests a return shipment.
6.5. Delivery to exceptional destinations (marked with an asterisk * on the website) is carried out once to three times a week. If an express delivery option to an exceptional destination is selected, the customer will not be credited for the express delivery fee he paid.

7. Additional Terms
7.1. The site management reserves the right to change the terms of the regulations from time to time, at its sole discretion. It is clarified that no changes will be made to the regulations during a purchase process that has already begun.
7.2. The images displayed on the site are for illustration purposes only and do not bind the company.
7.3. The Company will not be responsible for the assembly and/or installation of products purchased on the Site, unless otherwise specified, and this responsibility will apply to the customer and at his expense.
7.4. The Company will not be responsible for the installation performed by the customer.
7.5. The customer will be solely responsible for the maintenance of the product and the service required for the product purchased through the website, unless otherwise stated in the product's warranty terms.
7.6. All content appearing on the site, including graphics, design, texts, trademarks, logos and any other information, are the intellectual property of the Company. Their use and display are subject to written permission from the Company.
7.7. The Company's computer records regarding the actions carried out through the Site will constitute prima facie evidence of the correctness of the actions.
7.8. The prices displayed on the site include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

8. Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information
8.1. The Company undertakes not to use the customers' personal information for purposes other than completing the transaction and providing service to the customer, unless the customer's consent has been received or if this is required by law.
8.2. The Company employs advanced security measures to maintain, as far as possible, the confidentiality of information and customer privacy. Credit card details are not stored in the Company's systems but on a secure server approved by the credit card companies.
8.3. Despite the security measures, in cases beyond the control of the Company or arising from force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the Customer or anyone on his behalf if this information is lost or used in an unauthorized manner.
8.4. The Company undertakes not to transfer the customer's credit information to any third party, unless required by law or to prevent misuse.
